Cancellation and refund policy

Denied applications will be refunded 100% while errors and typos in 1 month single entry approval letter will be amended for free

Cancellation

We guarantee to give clients the pre-approval letter within 24 - 48 hours, thus applications will be processed as soon as the payment completed. For any reason you wish to cancel a service before receiving our confirmation of taking your visa into processing, you can do so without any penalties or charges by informing us via phone or email. You will receive a full refund of any fees paid for this particular service. However, no refund will be given after your visa taken into processing or you receive approval letter issued by Vietnam Immigration Department.

Refund

In case of denied applications without changes or changes are made in appropriate time, refund will be as:

• Denied applications will be refund 100%
• With errors made by client and request to arrange a new correct one, we will charge as follow : 1 month single entry visa will be requested again for free; charge extra 50% for arrange new approval letter 3 month visa on arrival, and charge extra 80% fee to request again for new approval letter of Vietnam transit visa and Vietnam embassy visa.
• With our company's errors, we will refund 100% fee or arrange the new one correctly.
• For clients unable to use the approved letter for Vietnam visa because of objective reasons such as accident, disease, natural disasters, etc., the refund will be 50% fee or another application is free.

We cannot process refunds for credit card payments over 6 months old. Credit cannot be applied to the applications submitted through other agencies or the applications submitted to Consulates directly. We reserve the right to modify these refund policy without prior notice.
